Every load your customers bring into Great Britain needs a GB ENS, and every load going into the EU needs an ICS2 entry summary declaration. Some customers ask you to file them. Others use whatever tool they found online, and that tool isn't yours.
With ENS Ready's white label, your customers file their own declarations on a site with your logo and colours. We run the software, check every declaration and send it to customs. You keep the customer relationship and set the price.
Who it's for
White label is for companies whose customers move lorries and trailers between the UK and the EU:
- freight forwarders;
- customs agents and brokers;
- logistics groups with several transport companies;
- transport associations that want to offer filing to their members.
If you already file ENS for customers by hand, it also gives you a way to let them do the routine ones themselves, while you keep the difficult ones.
What your customers see
Your customers log in on a site that carries your company name, logo and colours. Your branding is on every page, on the login screen, on the declaration PDFs and in the emails.
- Invitations and password emails carry your name, and so can the emails with the MRN. Replies go to your support address, and you can send them from your own email address.
- Your customers never see ENS Ready's prices or billing.
- When they need help, they come to you.
They get everything ENS Ready customers get: GB ENS and EU ICS2 forms, bulk upload from Excel or CSV, saved addresses and vehicles, PDFs, Excel export, and copying past declarations.
What you control
You manage your customers from your own account:
- Invite customer companies yourself, or put a sign-up link on your website and approve each company that signs up.
- Choose GB ENS, EU ICS2 or both for each customer.
- Set a monthly limit per customer, and switch a customer off if you need to.
- Give people owner, admin or user rights. Each customer company only sees its own declarations.
- See how many declarations and credits each customer used, month by month, and download a monthly statement per customer for your invoicing.
How the money works
You buy credits from us at the same prices as everyone else, from £4.50 per declaration down to £0.75 when you buy 1,000 or more. All your customers use your credit balance.
A credit is only used when customs accepts a declaration. Drafts and declarations still being processed cost nothing. We email you when your balance gets low.
What you charge your customers is up to you: per declaration, a monthly fee, or part of a wider service you already sell.
What we do
Each declaration is checked against the customs rules while your customer fills it in: missing details, goods descriptions that are too vague, dates in the past. Nothing goes to customs until those are fixed.
We send GB ENS to HMRC and ICS2 to the EU through our own connections, and the MRN goes back to your customer, usually within a few minutes.
When HMRC or the EU change their rules, we update the system. You don't need developers, servers or your own connection to HMRC.
How to get started
- Fill in the form on the white label page, or email help@ensready.com. Tell us about your business and roughly how many declarations your customers make.
- We sign a short partner agreement covering data protection and how credits work, and switch white label on for your account.
- Add your logo, colours and support email on your Branding page, top up some credits, and invite your first customers.
You can see what it looks like, in your own colours, on the white label page.
Questions
Do my customers see ENS Ready's name or prices?
No. They log in on a site with your logo and colours, the emails carry your name, and they never see ENS Ready's prices or billing.
How much does white label cost?
You buy credits at ENS Ready's usual prices, from £4.50 down to £0.75 per declaration depending on how many you buy, and charge your customers whatever you decide. One credit is used per accepted declaration.
Do I need developers or my own connection to HMRC?
No. ENS Ready runs the software and the connections to HMRC and the EU. You set up your branding and invite your customers from your own Branding page.
Which declarations does it cover?
GB ENS for loads coming into Great Britain and EU ICS2 for loads going into the EU, for lorries and trailers on routes such as Calais to Dover or Rotterdam to Harwich.
